Stick with it, make your own rules.
Join Artist in Residence Briony Barr for an afternoon specially for teens where we’ll flip the creative process and explore how the deconstruction of an artwork can lead to new inspiration.
Take a stash of ‘undrawn’ tape from the Tape It! activation, then scrunch, layer, recombine and reimagine it to create a completely new form. Go 3D with a sculpture or keep it 2D with a design on board – it’s up to you!
Leave with your own one-of-a-kind artwork, and a fresh way of creating.
The session includes:
- A short artist talk and introduction to ‘undrawing’ with Briony Barr
- A guided tour of Tape It!
- Hands-on making, guided by Briony
- Your own artwork to take home
