Call Centre Opening Hours
Monday to Saturday: 9am to 8:30pm

Sundays and Public Holidays: The call centre opens 2 hours before a scheduled performance in QPAC theatres (but not earlier than 9am). The call centre will close at the commencement of the last performance at QPAC theatres.

Box Office Opening Hours
Main Box Office, Mezzanine level

Mon to Sat
9am to 8:30pm (when an evening performance is scheduled in the Lyric Theatre or Concert Hall).
9am to 6pm (when no evening performances are scheduled in the Lyric Theatre or Concert Hall).

Sundays and Public Holidays
Box Office opens 2 hours before a scheduled performance in QPAC theatres (no earlier than 9am).
Theatre Box Office will close at the commencement of the last performance at QPAC theatres.
Cremorne Theatre Box Office/Playhouse Box Office: Opens 90 minutes prior to the performances.
