A Night at the Museum is back with exclusive after hours access to Queensland Museum Kurilpa. Enjoy a range of amazing activities for the whole family. This special edition coincides with NAIDOC Week celebrations and will feature First Nations artists throughout the night.

  • Be transported to the Wellesley Islands region in the Gulf of Carpentaria through NGURRUWARRA / DERNDERNYIN: Stone Fish Traps of the Wellesley Islands.
  • Get ready for an immersive adventure with after hours access to Jurassic World by Brickman®, the largest LEGO®brick exhibition in Australia
  • Explore Queensland’s distinctive environments and animals in Wild State
  • Listen to First Nations storytelling and cultural knowledge with Tribal Experiences. 
  • Learn and explore along a First Nations trail around the museum.
  • Create your own masterpiece with artist Jessica Skeen.
  • Enjoy live science experiments in SparkLab (open until 8pm during A Night at the Museum events).
  • Join our scientists in the Discovery Centre to unlock nature's secrets and explore the delicate balance of our local environments.
