Overview
Swinging Into Action is a one-of-a-kind event that will take you back in time for an adults only evening combining swing dancing nostalgia with 1940s wartime history.
Meet two special guests – award-winning cinematographer David Brill and The Australian War Memorial curator Daniel Eisenberg and see Australia's first ever Academy Award® for the documentary, Kokoda Front Line!
- Discover the Action! Film & War exhibit with small group exhibition tours with David and Daniel
- Learn about the making of Kokoda Front Line! with David
- Live performances by the 1RAR Band
- Professional swing dancing demonstration and lesson, ready to swing the rest of the evening away
