Don't miss Taste of QAGOMA: Tour + Lunch Experience, led by QAGOMA's welcoming and experienced art guides.

Starting at the Queensland Art Gallery, you’ll hear the story of the Gallery from its early origins in 1895 to its establishment across two architecturally acclaimed buildings today. Your tour will include fascinating revelations and insights into impressive artworks at the Queensland Art Gallery (QAG) and Gallery of Modern Art (GOMA), before concluding with a relaxing lunch at the GOMA Bistro by the river.

Booking information

  • Meet at Queensland Art Gallery, Stanley Place Entrance.
  • The tour will begin at 10:45am. Please arrive a few minutes early to check in and meet your tour facilitator.
  • All dietaries can be accommodated. Please inform us of any allergies at the time of booking.
  • This tour operates with a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 15 guests per session. If you would like to bring more people or arrange a private tour, please email tourism@qagoma.qld.gov.au to discuss options.
  • Please wear comfortable footwear.
  • Bookings are essential and must be made at least 7 days in advance.
