Having performed a staggering 39 (!) performances last year, with shows selling out quicker than a fresh batch of Parmigiano Reggiano at the local deli, it appears that Australia simply can’t get enough of the antics of the much-loved trio of Joe Salanitri, Carlo Salanitri and Andrew Manfre.
If you’ve never witnessed the comedic sensations live before, expect outrageousness, characters, skits and musical numbers inspired by their beloved family that will have you doubled-over laughing.
Don’t miss your final chance to see classic characters such as Johnny, Vince and Sam, in addition to everyone’s favourite mums Carmela, Angela and Giuseppina before they retreat for a season of hibernation fuelled by pizza, pasta and wine – t’ank a u!

Sooshi Mango is an Australian troupe founded in 2015. The group features brothers Joe and Carlo Salanitri and friend Andrew Manfre. The comedy kings known for their iconic characters, including Johnny, Vince and, Sam (‘the dads’) and Giuseppina, Carmela, and Angela (‘the mums’) among others, Sooshi Mango have mastered creating content that people want to see and share.
To date, their videos have amassed over 1 billion views online with 5 million followers online – and counting! At the 2021 AACTA Comedy Awards, they won Favourite Digital Comedy Creator. In 2021, they launched their Sooshi Mango Podcast on the LiSTNR network in its third season, which has featured major sporting stars, Hollywood stars and our former Prime Minister and become one of Australia’s most listened to podcasts. In 2022, they commenced writing the script for their first feature-length film which is set for release in 2026.
In 2023, Sooshi Mango partnered with Johnny Di Francesco of 400 Gradi, Dani Zeini of Royal Stacks, and Steven Ballerini to create Johnny, Vince & Sam's Ristorante, in Lygon Street, Carlton, in Victoria, Australia, to much acclaim. Then, 18 months, 25 tonnes of pasta, and 50,000 arancini balls later, the trio announced the expansion of their Melbourne dining institution.
With the original venue still attracting queues of people night after night, the restaurant extended upstairs to take over the entire building. Offering seating for more than 200, the increased capacity answers a seemingly insatiable demand for what the Sooshi Mango team have cooked up, and along with the expansion, diners will now be able to experience the “good room” of Nonna’s house. The new “formal room” of the restaurant still embraces the look and feel of the now iconic ristorante, boasts an expansive cocktail bar and private dining room
