School Holiday Program – What can you see under the sea?
Join us for a hands-on art and science experience where kids can choose one 3D-printed model magnet to paint – either the new-to-science Fairy Wrasse fish, the striking Strawberry Claw Hermit Crab, or a miniature diving helmet inspired by our historic Langley Diving Helmet collection.
While creating their artwork, participants will also discover the science behind these fascinating marine creatures and historic diving equipment. After finishing their masterpiece, capture the moment with a family photo opportunity wearing real-size (but lightweight!) replica dive helmets, then relax with marine-themed activity sheets to take home. It’s the perfect blend of creativity, discovery, and ocean adventure!
This ticket is only redeemable for the School Holiday activity and does not give you access to James Cameron – Challenging the Deep exhibition.
Note: This activity contains small magnets that may present a choking hazard. It is suitable for children aged 5 years and over only. Parental or guardian supervision is required at all times to ensure safe participation.
