Daily from 9:30am to 4pm. The museum is closed on Good Friday, Anzac Day, Christmas Day and Boxing Day. All exhibitions are included with admission.

Townsville Residents
Townsville residents receive half price admission (proof of residency required).
Locals admission can only be purchased upon arrival at the museum.
Regional Residence
Thanks to the generous support of their local councils residents of Hinchinbrook, Charters Towers and Burdekin receive free admission to the museum. No bookings are required, simply show proof of residency upon arrival.
